The fossil record really does not support evolution.      Folk may respond that there are other evidences that do - but true or not, that does not change the fact that the fossil record itself does not support it.

https://answersingenesis.org/fossils/fossil-record/hopeful-monsters-of-evolution/

Since the time of Darwin, evolutionists have looked to the fossil record for historical evidence of evolution. Most evolutionists now concede, however, that the fossil record fails to show the progressive transformation of any living organism into a distinctly different kind of organism. This has presented some nasty difficulties for evolutionists—but they have made it clear that they will not be dissuaded by the mere lack of evidence, nor will they turn to a Creator to explain this enigma. Rather, evolutionists hope that monsters may come to their rescue!

Skw and Bogus are complaining about the first option.

Stop lying, Tom.

If I was actually lying, or even just simply wrong - you could easily have shown where.

Folk who simply keep  making that charge, and nothing else - it seems pretty consistent on this forum that they have nothing to back up their charge.

Jesus: For if you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me. But if you believe not his writings, how shall you believe my words? Psalm 37:21 The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and gives.

So, now, using logic and deduction is the same as lying?

There are only three choices I can think of that you are giving God.

1.Create man with choice

2.Don't create man

3.Create man as robot/slave.

How are noting the only three choices I can see "lying"?  Especially as you don't offer any other, or refute the above?

Make it easier for you folk - given the above three choices, what should an Almighty Creator do?

What is interesting is that folk who complain about God  allowing sin into the world - are quite happy to remain in their own sin.

I don't accept that your god existed until some primitive nomads dreamed it up.
Therefore your god didn't "create man"  and thus none of your questions has any validity.

In other words, you had trouble in literature class.  Interesting.

Imagine my shock to come back to this thread and find that Tomas has run away completely from the topic ever since I provided hundreds of examples of tangible, observable, proven evolution......and his lying has increased in pace and pitch.

Interesting.

His lying has wandered off in several directions.  The only constant for him and anything he says is mendacity.

Hey, guys, I have time.

If the three of you wish to live in fantasy land, that is your choice.   Well, for now.

Meanwhile, I can wait.

Imagine my shock that Tomas is still unable to offer a single comment about the mountains of factual proven observations of evolution in the scientific literature that happened before our every eyes. His ability to ignore pages and pages of proven scientific study remains untarnished.

I suppose someone who cannot handle the dictionary is not going to follow up on a bit harder questions, but continue to hide behind pasting links that he does not understand.

I don't believe Lord of the Rings is anything but fiction - but I can still answer questions on it.  So can most folk.

Sorry you have trouble with that type of thing Yobbo.   Frankly, being able to do that is one of the marks of a good scientific mind.

I can deal with the bible and similar publications as fiction.  But you always seem to want me to treat them as factual documents.

Just answer the question I have been asking as if a similar question was asked about the Lord of the Rings.

Even with the latter, in an English class, one may have to look at such questions from the POV of a character in the book.

Jesus: For if you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me. But if you believe not his writings, how shall you believe my words? Psalm 37:21 The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and gives.

So, doing it from that POV, to repeat: given a Creator:

What choices does the Creator have?   I can think of three - if you can think of others, by all means, copy and add to the list.

1.Create man with choice

2.Don't create man

3.Create man as robot/slave.

Jesus: For if you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me. But if you believe not his writings, how shall you believe my words? Psalm 37:21 The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and gives.

You can "deal" with them as such but you'd be dealing in a distortion.
