I was gonna add liar in the title but that is more than redundant.  Anyway, he and his family are accused of tax fraud on $413 million of money transfers from daddy to the kids.  That includes trump;s sister who is a fed judge.

He is a corrupt man and republicans simply don't care.  they too are morally bankrupt.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/new-york-state-tax-department-reviewing-trump-tax-scheme-allegations/ar-BBNQOtA

New York state tax officials have launched a review into allegations in a New York Times article that President Trump participated in "dubious tax schemes" in the 1990s that helped him earn additional wealth from his father's real estate business.

"The Tax Department is reviewing the allegations in the NYT article and is vigorously pursuing all appropriate avenues of investigation," a spokesman from New York State Department of Taxation and Finance said in an email to The Hill.

The statement from the department came just hours after The New York Times published an exhaustive report detailing some of the president's business dealings.

Among other things, the report said that Trump received the equivalent of $413 million based on questionable tax dealings and that his behavior amounted to fraud in multiple cases.

The Times also reported that Trump and his family committed "outright fraud" when Trump's father transferred millions from his real estate empire to his children in order to not pay the appropriate amount of taxes.

Trump declined to comment to the Times for the story. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Hill.

Charles Harder, an attorney for the president, said in statement to the Times that the allegations of fraud and tax evasion were "100 percent false."

The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance was already investigating the Trump Foundation over potential violations of tax laws, according to a report from the Times published in July.

It is unclear what Trump Foundation activities are under investigation. But the Times noted that it may be linked to the lawsuit that New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood (D) brought against Trump and the Trump Foundation in June....

So did they find any Russian Collusion in his taxes?

These nutcases were all saying that was the reason he was withholding them.

Have the NYTimes found something that the IRS coundn't find?

Maybe we need to bring back the non partisan Lois Lerner to take a good look at them.

Re:Trump exposed as tax cheat

Let us know when you have proof. _________________________ From when? Current or his entire life of evading taxes? https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/05/19/trumps-tax-troubles/84543538/ Trump’s companies have been engaged in battles over taxes almost every year from the late 1980s until as recently as March, the analysis of court cases, property records, and other documents across the country shows. At least five Trump companies were issued warrants totaling more than $13,000 for late or unpaid taxes in New York state just since Trump declared his candidacy in June 2015, according to state records. This spring, as Trump flew to campaign rallies around the country aboard his trademark private jet, the state of New York filed a tax warrant to try to collect $8,578 in unpaid taxes from the Trump-owned company that owns the Boeing 757. The company has since paid that tax bill. As recently as last week, Trump said he was “willing to pay more” taxes personally and that “taxes for the rich will go up somewhat” if he becomes president. But the lawsuits and other tax-related disputes show a different reality for his businesses. They illustrate a pattern of systematically disputing tax bills, arguing for lower property assessments, and in some cases not paying taxes until the government takes additional action. At least three dozen times, Trump companies’ unpaid tax bills have forced the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance to go to local courts to get liens against his properties to try to collect overdue bills. New Jersey also had to go to court for a lien to collect a Trump company’s unpaid tax bill. Eventually, those disputes were resolved, and his companies paid some amount of taxes. The disputes surrounding Trump’s business taxes are uncharted territory for the presidential nominee of a major party. The GOP’s 2012 nominee, Mitt Romney, also had extensive business interests as the leader of a private-equity fund. But Trump has a network of complicated real estate and other investments, and some of the tax disputes are ongoing. Trump has acknowledged that he tries to pay as little taxes as possible, and the public records across the country shed light on how he does it. In documents rarely seen by the public, Trump's businesses regularly minimize the value of his properties for tax purposes. Publicly, including in his presidential financial disclosure report, Trump’s team declares many of those same properties are worth tens of millions of dollars more. He’s fought tax collectors to lower the assessed values of his luxury golf courses in Briarcliff, N.Y., and Jupiter, Fla. Yet on his presidential financial disclosure report, he valued each at more than $50 million. USA TODAY’s examination of Trump’s track record as a business taxpayer found not just court actions, but dozens of additional tax disputes with local authorities that didn’t reach the courthouse in states including New York, Nevada, Florida and New Jersey. In some cases, Trump’s businesses have disputed tax assessments; in others, they have simply not paid the tax bill until after the government took additional action. _______________

What's wrong with avoiding taxes? ____ Legally "avoiding" is fine, but that's not what I'm talking about. Read again...or rather, for the first time. He did not pay, which is illegal, and why many warrants and numerous liens on his properties were issued because of unpaid taxes. He likes to simply not pay until he is sued and they try to take his property.

If he was exposed as a tax cheat, one might think there would have been some punishment. What, exactly, was it? __________ It is spelled G_O_O_G_L_E. Jesus Christ no wonder you don't have a job. You are not competent enough to do the internet research a second grader can master. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_affairs_of_Donald_Trump Trump's companies have been involved in more than 100 tax disputes, and on "at least three dozen" occasions the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance has obtained tax liens against Trump properties for nonpayment of taxes. Tax lien - A lien is the legal right of a creditor to sell the collateral property of a debtor who fails to meet the obligations of a loan contract. Here are some more: A barrage of financial penalties for late or unpaid taxes. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/its-just-not-wise-in-past-year-trumps-company-repeatedly-paid-property-taxes-late/2018/07/17/3ee0dcc0-8600-11e8-8f6c-46cb43e3f306_story.html?utm_term=.d201c2732f97 $15,000 worth of penalties extra $1,400 in interest charges $1,700 penalty $17,800 in interest. the list goes on. Now that you know he HAS BEEN EXPOSED....and THERE HAVE BEEN PENALTIES......you will have to change your argument to …."yeah, but its all pocket change and nothing too bad" It is the usual Trump defense from idiots. 1) He didn't do it 2) OK He did it, but its not wrong, he just used the system effectively. 3) OK it was wrong but lots of businessmen do it. 4) So..... few other businessmen have the tax cheat record of Trump, who cares 5) Did you see that North Korea is giving up nukes!!

Hilarious. My husband and I pay our taxes years late and happily pay the penalties. _________ Hilarious. You asked if he has been exposed and if there were penalties. He was. Just as I anticipated, when shown she was wrong, she changes the argument to "its not that bad" I showed you he had been exposed, and that there were penalties, and not only late fees that you and your husband chuckle about and pay happily. A lien on your properties is only done when you don't pay your debts. That is exposed, it is a penalty. It affects your credit, possibly making you turn to Russian banks to secure loans that no American institution will approve. Do you and your husband happily have liens on your property that you also laugh about every year because you don't pay debts??
